Smith is unique in having two Mazak Factory Service Technicians living in Utah, as well as a partnership with D&S Neotech. Neotech has service technicians with both factory training and decades of experience with all types of machine tools and CNC’s. Larry, Paul, Neil and Amy make a great team to serve our customers with installs, repairs and PM’s.
Our experienced inside sales staff keeps unscheduled down-time to a minimum by quickly providing accurate parts information. We work closely with the machine tool builders that we represent to ensure that our customers get the support they need to keep their equipment running profitably and productively. We also provide customers with assistance in arranging freight and rigging, sourcing supplies, and providing tooling and accessory solutions.
Mazak Service
Smith Machinery is pleased to represent Mazak machine tools in Utah, Idaho, Montana & Wyoming. Mazak supports their customers in this region with two Mazak Factory Service Technicians. Action Machinery’s own factory trained Mazak technicians provide an additional layer of support to our Mazak machine tools customers.
